Do you have an architect on your team?

Yes, for a few years already we have been working with a number of professionals, who can tackle any type of project in need of technical advisory or monitoring. We also offer “sign and legalize” service for your projects.

Do you do interior design?

Yes, we also have interior designers on our team. They both have drastically different styles, which means that we can offer a wide range of design styles and approaches, depending on the client’s needs and tastes.

During the works, do you update the client on the progress and details?

Yes, as soon as we start, we draft a progress report schedule and assign a day of the week when the client will be able to visit the site of works. If needed, the architect, project manager or designer will be there for the client’s visit.

Do you have your own crew of builders, or you hire people for different tasks within a project?

We have our own crew, covering all areas of a remodelling project, however, we outsource manufacturing, such as kitchen furniture or aluminum carpentry.

How much does it cost to draft a budget for my remodeling project?

Preparation of the budget and its further revisions are a free service.

Do you work under a service contract? Is there a warranty period? Can we negotiate retention?

Yes, we worke under a service contract in line with the provisions of Barcelona Builders’ Association (Gremi de Constructors d’Obres de Barcelona). It specifies warranty period and retention rate, if needed.
